Local Delivery via TracX Courier
- We partner with TracX, a trusted local courier service, to ensure your parcels reach you safely and on time.
For orders below $200:
- A shipping fee of $5.99 and a handling fee of $1.99 will apply.
For orders $200 and above:
- Shipping is FREE, with just a handling fee of $1.99.
Why do we charge a shipping and handling fee?
- Due to rising courier costs and increases in the price of packaging materials, we’ve had to make slight adjustments. The shipping fee helps cover our courier’s reliable door-to-door service, while the handling fee supports our careful packing process using quality materials.
- We’ve kept these charges as minimal as possible while ensuring your orders are securely prepared and promptly delivered.
Need It Urgently? Special Delivery Option
If you require faster delivery or special timing, we also offer a priority delivery service (personally delivered by our team):
- Delivered within 2–3 days
- Shipping + handling fee: $12.99
- Delivery date and time are based on our availability

Processing Time & Delivery Schedule
- All orders take around 1 week to process as we prepare and pack each item carefully.
- You may indicate your preferred delivery date at checkout.
- Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.
- In most cases, members receive their parcel the next working day after pick-up.
Please note:
There are no courier pick-ups on weekends or public holidays. Pick-up scheduling is also based on stock availability.
What If You Need It Fast?

International & Export Delivery Information
- We’re happy to support our overseas members and customers through export delivery options. As international shipping involves special handling and regulatory requirements, please take a moment to review the following information before placing your order.
How to Place an Export Order
For international delivery, you may place your order without making payment first.
To proceed:
- Kindly WhatsApp us at +65 9816 3981
- We will provide a shipping quote and check the export eligibility of your items before confirming your order.
Administrative & Handling Charges
All export orders are subject to:
- A S$50 administrative fee or 20% of your total order value (whichever is higher)
- This covers paperwork processing, customs documentation, MSDS handling, and export preparation.
- Please note: This does not include the international courier fee.
Delivery via DHL (Door-to-Door Service)
- We use DHL Express for all international shipments to ensure fast and secure door-to-door delivery.
- Once your order is confirmed and the necessary export approvals (including MSDS clearance) are received, we aim to schedule courier pickup as early as the next working day, depending on DHL availability.
After dispatch:
- Your parcel will be routed to DHL’s local warehouse for export.
- Once the shipment clears destination country customs, it typically takes 2 to 3 working days (or slightly longer depending on the country) to reach you.
- We will send you the Air Waybill tracking number once your order is on its way.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, country-specific regulations, or seasonal delays. We thank you for your patience during these times.
Export Restrictions – Important to Know
- Due to international shipping regulations, certain products are not eligible for export, including:
- Spray collections – strictly not allowed for export
- Reed diffuser fragrances – all scents are non-exportable
- Items containing ethanol or alcohol – restricted and not permitted for export
